目的:阐明不同种源益母草的遗传关系。方法:用ISSR分子标记研究来自益母草主要分布区19个种源样本。结果:从100个ISSR引物中筛选出20个条带清晰、多态性高的引物,共扩增出164条带,其中117条带为多态性位点,多态性条带比率(PPB)为71.34%,通过聚类分析,可将19个益母草种源聚为3类。结论:分子标记研究结果与益母草的地理位置、形态性状存在显著的相关性,较好地揭示了益母草种源间的遗传关系,可为益母草资源划分和良种选育提供科学依据。
Objective: To clarify the genetic relationship between different provenances of Motherwort. Methods: 19 progeny samples from the main distribution area of Leonurus japonica were studied by ISSR molecular marker. RESULTS: Twenty primers with clear bands and high polymorphism were screened out from 100 ISSR primers. A total of 164 bands were amplified, of which 117 were polymorphic and the ratio of polymorphic bands was PPB. 71.34%. By cluster analysis, 19 Myrobalaceae provenances can be clustered into 3 categories. Conclusion: There are significant correlations between the results of molecular markers and the geographic location and morphological traits of Leonurus, which can reveal the genetic relationship between the provenances of Leonurus, and provide scientific basis for the division of resources of Motherwort and the breeding of improved varieties.
