由青环海蛇(Hydrophis Cyanocinctus)提取得青环海蛇毒 G-5-C-11组分、经小鼠尾静脉注射蛇毒,其 LD50为0.346±0.09mg/kg,对猫静脉滴注蛇毒0.7~1.04mg/kg 时,使呼吸停止、血压下降,在人工呼吸维持下,血压、心率、心电图可回复到给毒前水平,连续给蛇毒3小时,当剂量为3.4~4mg/kg 时,均未见血压,心率的改变。在离体豚鼠心脏灌流实验中,即使剂量加大到1mg/0.1ml,心肌收缩力、心率、冠脉流量亦无显著差异,蛇毒浓度为10~(-6)mg/ml 时,能使小鸡颈二腹肌神经肌肉出现不可逆性的神经—肌肉传递阻滞,当加大浓度到2×10~(-6)g/ml 时,还出现肌肉收缩力明显减弱的毒性作用,本实验结果表明青环海蛇蛇毒 G-5-C-11组分主要是神经毒作用,还对横纹肌有一定的毒性影响。
