根据脱磷与脱硫反应的反应时间与反应位置,可将铁基熔体在铁水预处理或炉外精炼过程中,用同一种渣系熔剂,既能脱磷又能脱硫的工艺分3类:同位、同时脱磷脱硫工艺;不同位、同时脱磷脱硫工艺;不同时、同位脱磷脱硫工艺。为了研究钢液炉外精炼不同时、同位脱磷脱硫的可能性,首先从理论上进行了探讨,并进一步在LF内进行了探索性试验。研究表明,在钢液炉外精炼过程中采用BaO系熔剂,有可能实现钢液不同时、同位脱磷脱硫。

The research shows that it is possible to realize the same dephosphorization and desulfurization when molten steel is not used at the same time by adopting BaO type flux in the refining process of molten steel outside the furnace.
