我国城市化水平的不断提高给城市的用地带来了极大的压力,随着建设水平的提高与现代化建设进程的不断推进,超高层建筑逐渐涌现。超高层建筑通过增加楼层的数量以增加城市的实际容积率,缓解城市用地与庞大人口基数之间的矛盾,维护社会的和谐安定。但是由于超高层建筑的高度较高,使得建筑物除了需要承受由建筑结构自身重力与活动载荷两部分构成的竖向载荷之外,还会同时承受外界风力与水平地震带来的水平载荷,容易诱发建筑物的变形与位移,给建筑物的安全性埋下隐患。本文首先对超高层建筑的设计理念与设计特点进行详细阐述,分析其与一般建筑的区别,然后就超高层建筑在结构设计方面存在的问题进行分析,探讨结构设计的技术要点,对提高超高层建筑结构的稳定性与安全性具有重要意义。
The continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in our country has brought great pressure on the urban land. With the improvement of the construction level and the progress of the modernization, the super tall buildings are gradually emerging. By increasing the number of floors, super high-rise buildings can increase the actual floor area ratio of cities, ease the contradiction between urban land use and huge population base, and maintain social harmony and stability. However, due to the high height of the super high-rise building, the building not only needs to bear the vertical load composed of the gravity and active load of the building structure, but also withstand the horizontal load caused by external wind and horizontal earthquakes easily. Induced the deformation and displacement of the building, laying a hidden danger to the safety of the building. This paper first elaborates the design concept and design features of the super high-rise building, analyzes the difference between it and the general building, and then analyzes the existing problems in the structural design of the super-tall building, discusses the technical points of the structure design, The stability and safety of the building structure are of great significance.
