为全面分析某型挖掘机机液耦合复杂系统,提出了基于数字化虚拟样机的评估方法。利用Amesim软件中的HCD(液压元件设计)库,从元件设计的角度建立挖掘机的液压系统模型,使得模型与实际系统更加贴近。借助三维造型软件Pro/E建立挖掘机装配模型,利用Adams软件建立挖掘机动力学模型。通过软件接口技术使得液压系统模型与动力学模型相互关联,建立了挖掘机机液耦合仿真模型。通过挖掘机样机试验测试,结果表明仿真数据与试验数据基本一致,验证了联合仿真模型的准确性。联合仿真模型可用于挖掘机系统方案设计、挖掘机样机性能评估,也可用于挖掘机系统优化的研究,为产品开发提供一种周期短、成本低的新方法。
In order to comprehensively analyze the coupling mechanism of a certain type of excavator, a method based on digital virtual prototype is proposed. Using the HCD (Hydraulic Components Design) library in Amesim software, the hydraulic system model of excavator is built from the aspect of component design, which makes the model more close to the actual system. The excavator assembly model was established with the help of Pro / E software and the Adams software was used to establish the excavator dynamics model. Through the software interface technology makes the hydraulic system model and dynamics model interrelated, established the excavator liquid-liquid coupling simulation model. Through the excavator prototype test, the results show that the simulation data and the experimental data are basically the same, which verifies the accuracy of the co-simulation model. The co-simulation model can be used in excavator system design, excavator performance evaluation, excavator system optimization can also be used for product development to provide a short cycle, low cost of new methods.
