目的 探讨孕妇促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平与其游离三碘甲腺原氨酸 (FT3)、游离甲状腺素 (FT4)和尿碘水平之间的关系。 方法 应用免疫放射分析 (IRMA)法检测了 12 4例碘缺乏地区孕妇的 TSH、FT3和 FT4水平 ,同时检测其尿碘水平 ,并选择 87例非缺碘地区孕妇作为对照。 结果 1、研究组孕妇 TSH均值为 (4.6 9± 2 .35 ) m U/L ,对照组为 (3.2 6± 1.43) m U /L ,(P<0 .0 1)。研究组孕妇 FT4均值为 (15 .82± 3.74) pmol/L,对照组为 (19.5 6± 4.46 ) pmol/L(P<0 .0 5 )。研究组孕妇尿碘均值为 (6 7.18± 2 5 .6 2 ) μg/L,对照组为 (10 8.2 4± 16 .47) μg/L,(P<0 .0 1)。2、两组孕妇 TSH水平和其 FT3、FT4及尿碘水平呈显著负相关。 结论 孕妇的 TSH水平能够反映其甲状腺功能状态和碘营养水平。
Objective To investigate the relationship between thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels and free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and urinary iodine in pregnant women. Methods Serum levels of TSH, FT3 and FT4 in 12 4 iodine deficiency pregnant women were detected by immunohistochemical method (IRMA). Urinary iodine levels were also measured. 87 pregnant women without iodine deficiency were selected as controls. The mean TSH of pregnant women in the study group was (4.6 9 ± 2.35) mU / L and that of the control group was (3.2 6 ± 1.43) mU / L, (P <0.01). The FT4 average of pregnant women in the study group was (15.82 ± 3.74) pmol / L and that of the control group was (19.56 ± 4.46) pmol / L (P <0.05). Urine iodine in pregnant women in the study group was (6 7.18 ± 2.56) μg / L and that in the control group was (10 8.24 ± 16.47) μg / L, P <0.01). TSH levels in both groups were negatively correlated with FT3, FT4 and urinary iodine levels. Conclusion The level of TSH in pregnant women can reflect the status of thyroid function and iodine nutrition.
