近十年来,基于流程的管理受到越来越多的关注,并逐渐成为管理理论研究和实践的一个新趋势。通过对流程变革管理理念发展历程的系统回顾,提出了流程中心型变革管理的理念,它倡导对流程进行多层面变革,并辅以多种管理方法的协同使用,同时考虑组织中的领导行为风格、战略导向、文化氛围和组织结构等影响,变革组织的运行与管理过程。流程中心型变革管理不仅是对流程管理理论的发展,而且也为我们认识和把握组织变革管理实践提供了一个新的视角。
In the recent ten years, process-based management has received more and more attention and has gradually become a new trend of management theory research and practice. Through the systematic review of the development process of the process change management philosophy, the concept of process centric change management is put forward. It advocates the process of multi-level transformation of the process, supplemented by the collaborative use of multiple management methods, taking into account the leadership style of the organization , Strategic orientation, cultural atmosphere and organizational structure, and change the operation and management of the organization. Process centric change management is not only the development of the theory of process management, but also provides a new perspective for us to recognize and grasp the organizational change management practice.
