目的：考察波乐泰胶囊的稳定性。方法：用简便快捷的加速实验法，每月检测波乐泰胶囊的物理、化学、卫生学指标，预测药物有效期。结果：所检测三批样品稳定性均不合格，需从药物制剂工艺和包装质量上加以提高。结论：一般胶囊剂稳定性实验需１．５年时间才能完成，用加速实验法可将实验时间缩短为３个月，此法对药物研制过程中及时发现问题具有重要意义
Objective: To investigate the stability of Freudenberg capsules. Methods: Using simple and quick acceleration test method, the monthly physical, chemical and hygienic indexes of Freudenberg Capsules were tested to predict the drug expiration date. Results: The stability of the three batches of samples tested failed to be improved from the pharmaceutical preparation process and packaging quality. Conclusion: The general stability test of capsules needs 1.5 years to complete, and the accelerated experiment can shorten the experiment time to 3 months. This method is of great significance for discovering problems in the process of drug development
