研制了一种连续波Ka波段二进制8路空间功率合成放大器,采用全波导分配/合成结构,结合了分支波导耦合器和空间功率合成技术,具有低损耗、高效率、驻波良好和结构紧凑的特点。在31~36GHz频率范围内,增益为17.5~19.5dB,连续饱和输出平均功率Pout≥10W,工作效率在全频段内大于13%,功率合成效率超过72.5%,最大合成效率超过90%。
A continuous wave Ka-band binary 8-space spatial power synthesis amplifier is developed, which adopts the all-waveguide distributed / combined structure and combines the branch waveguide coupler and space power synthesis technology with low loss, high efficiency, good standing wave and compact structure Features. In the frequency range of 31-36GHz, the gain is 17.5 ~ 19.5dB, the average continuous output power Pout is ≥10W, the working efficiency is more than 13% in the whole frequency band, the power synthesis efficiency is over 72.5% and the maximum synthesis efficiency is over 90%.
