以25份山楂资源为试材,采用流式细胞仪方法对山楂资源的倍性进行了鉴定,并与前人用幼叶去壁低渗染色体压片法的鉴定结果进行了比较,以期为山楂资源的育种利用提供参考。结果表明:14份材料的倍性与前人的鉴定结果一致,有6份材料与前人的鉴定结果不同,还有5份材料的倍性为首次报道;流式细胞仪法是鉴定山楂种质资源倍性的有效方法,并且该次倍性鉴定结果对今后的山楂杂交育种和种质创新具有一定的参考意义。
Twenty-five hawthorn sources were used as materials, the ploidy of hawthorn was identified by flow cytometry and compared with the results of the previous studies on the identification of hawthorn Resources breeding use of reference. The results showed that the ploidy of 14 materials was consistent with the results of previous studies. The results of 6 materials were different from those of their predecessors, and the ploidy of 5 materials was reported for the first time. Flow cytometry was used to identify hawthorn Quality ploidy effective method, and the times ploidy identification results for future Hawthorn cross breeding and germplasm innovation has some reference value.
