去年,我有机会参加了经贸部援外司组织的“中国政府综合考察组”赴近邻老挝考察,一行数日感受颇多,现将一路上部分见闻笔录如下。国境线告别云南省西双版纳自治州的勐腊县城,乘汽车南行,越过幢幢傣家竹楼、清清溪流、片片胶园,行驶68公里,便来到了我国同老挝接壤的国境线。我们出境的口岸,我方一侧叫磨憨,老方一侧叫磨丁,双方各自设有边防检查站,两站相隔约两公里。没有到过这里的人,容易推测这是一个“两不管”的清静地段,其实恰恰相反,这里是云南省同老挝边境贸易的联系点、交货点。每到中午前后,双方满载货物的汽车都开到这里,公路边卸货装货,树荫下洽谈商务,热闹非常。
Last year, I had the opportunity to participate in the “China General Investigation Team” organized by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to visit the neighboring Laos. The team felt a lot for several days and now reads some of the stories along the way. The border line bid farewell to the Mengla county seat in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province, southbound by car, across the buildings of the Zhujialou, clear streams, and patches of rubber fields. It took 68 kilometers to reach the border line between China and Laos. At the port where we left the country, our side is called Moho, and the old side is called Ruding. Both sides have border checkpoints. The two stations are about two kilometers apart. Those who have not been here have easily guessed that this is a “two-independent” quiet spot. In fact, on the contrary, it is the contact point and delivery point of Yunnan’s border trade with Laos. Before and after noon, both sides of the car loaded with goods are open here, the side of the road unloading loading, business negotiations under the shade, very lively.
