以Moldflow作为分析平台,对某汽车保险杠不同热流道浇注系统下的熔体流动过程进行数值模拟分析,对比研究填充情况、型腔注射压力分布、熔体流动前沿温度、熔接痕、气穴和翘曲变形等模拟结果,成功找出符合实际生产需要的注塑方案,最终获得高质量的产品。
Using Moldflow as the analysis platform, the numerical simulation of melt flow process under different hot runner gating system was carried out. The filling conditions, injection pressure distribution, melt front temperature, weld line, cavitation and Warping deformation and other simulation results, the successful identification of the actual production needs of the injection program, and ultimately access to high-quality products.
