城乡二元经济结构在过去对中国的经济恢复虽有重要作用,但其已跟不上时代步伐,导致了城乡差距的产生和扩大。在当今中国社会,此问题已经十分严峻,不仅带来了一些不便不公,也很大程度上制约着中国经济社会的发展。本文从中国城乡差距现状入手,试图追踪城乡一体化建设的进程,深层分析当下经济法对策的不足,并参考借鉴英美韩三国的成功经验,构想缩小城乡差距的经济法对策。 Although the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas played an important role in the economic recovery of China in the past, it has failed to keep up with the pace of the times and led to the emergence and expansion of the urban-rural gap. In today’s Chinese society, this issue has become very serious. It not only brings about some inconveniences and injustice, but also to a great extent restricts the economic and social development in China. This article starts with the current situation of urban-rural gap in China, attempts to track the process of urban-rural integration, deeply analyzes the shortcomings of the current economic law and draws lessons from the successful experiences of Britain, the United States, South Korea and South Korea and proposes the economic law countermeasures to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.
