通过对移居高海拔地区(3800米),不同时间的实验家兔骨髓组织体视学研究发现:低氧影响红、黄骨髓比例的变化不显著,但组织内血窦体积和数量均有明显增加;幼红细胞造血岛数量,在进入高原1周后有较多增长,随后又有所下降,但仍维持较高水平;骨髓组织中各类细胞,在高原环境下均发生程度不等的胞质水肿,核质比下降,其中以巨噬细胞、网状细胞、原红细胞改变较明显;细胞质内各种细胞器改变的总趋势为,结构肿胀,并且松散,数量减少;幼红细胞血岛中心巨噬细胞内次级溶酶体(噬红细胞小体)的数量、体积均有明显增大。
