输电线路故障测距系统是由测距终端装置和测距主站构成的,文中介绍了应用于智能电网的故障测距系统与传统测距系统的区别与改进。与现有系统相比,智能变电站内的测距终端装置在信号接入方面采用了分布式采样方式并提供了与电子式互感器的接口,在站内通信方面则解决了装置IEC 61850标准通信问题。同时,研究了在测距主站中利用区域电网信息提高测距系统整体可靠性的途径,并且利用暂态量信息进一步开发了故障分析系统,使其具备了初步的电网故障诊断能力。
Transmission line fault ranging system is composed of ranging terminal device and ranging master station, the paper introduces the difference and improvement of the fault ranging system applied to the smart grid and the traditional ranging system. Compared with the existing system, the ranging terminal device in the intelligent substation adopts the distributed sampling method in terms of signal access and provides the interface with the electronic transformer, and solves the communication problem of the device IEC 61850 standard in the station communication . At the same time, the ways of using the regional power network information to improve the overall reliability of the ranging system are studied, and the fault analysis system is further developed by using the transient state information to provide the preliminary fault diagnosis capability of the power system.
