作者们进行了130多对球铁齿轮的寿命试验,从而得到了具有各种成份、各种不同硬度的10种球铁齿轮的S-N曲线以及与它们对应的疲劳极限值σ_(Flin)。作者采用快速齿轮寿命试验法,对比了钒-钛贝氏体(中国用)贝氏体一奥氏体(芬兰用)、贝氏体一马氏体(美国用)三种球铁齿轮在承载能力上的差别。根据这些试验数据和对试验过程中某些球铁齿轮特有现象的观察,作者对球铁齿轮承载能力,对主、从动轮抗点蚀能力上差别的敏感性等方面还作了分析研究。本文是上述试验研究的总结。此外,作者还提出:球铁齿轮的弯曲静强度极限应力值,取决于齿轮的塑模比δ/m的论点。
The authors conducted more than 130 life tests of the ductile iron gears to obtain the S-N curves of the ten kinds of ductile iron gears with various compositions and different hardness values and their corresponding fatigue limit values σ_ (Flin). The author uses the fast gear life test method to compare the three kinds of nodular iron gears bearing vanadium-titanium bainite (for China), bainite-austenite (for Finland), bainite-martensite Differences in ability. Based on these experimental data and the observation of the peculiar phenomena of some ductile iron gears in the course of the test, the author also made an analysis and study on the bearing capacity of the ductile iron gears and the sensitivity to the differences in the pitting resistance between the main wheels and the driven wheels.
