高职教育为区域经济发展服务的主要途径是为区域经济发展提供人才支撑和技术支撑。通过研究恩施州区域经济发展和恩施职业技术学院办学现状提出:高职院校办学必须立足于区域经济发展的实际,以产学结合、校企合作为平台,努力做好技能型人才培养、实用技术研发与推广工作,服务于区域经济发展。同时,当地政府和企业要为高职院校提供良好的外部发展环境,领导、参与高职院校的办学,从而实现高职教育与区域经济的互动发展。
The main way for higher vocational education to serve regional economic development is to provide talent support and technical support for the development of regional economy. By studying the economic development in Enshi Prefecture and the status quo of running Enshi Vocational and Technical College, it is proposed that the running of higher vocational colleges must be based on the actual development of regional economy, make efforts to cultivate skilled personnel with the combination of production and learning, school-enterprise cooperation and practicality Technology research and development and promotion, serving the development of regional economy.
