研究了干摩擦条件下MoSi2 与CrWMn钢对摩时的摩擦磨损特性 ,通过扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)和X射线衍射仪观察与分析了试样表面的磨损形貌以及磨屑的物相组成 ,并讨论了其磨损机理。结果表明 :MoSi2 材料的磨损机理依载荷变化而变化 :低载荷( 30~ 5 0N)作用下 ,其主要磨损机理为疲劳磨损 ;较高载荷 ( 80~ 15 0N)作用时 ,又转化成以粘着磨损为主。
The friction and wear properties of MoSi2 and CrWMn steel under dry friction condition were studied. The wear morphology and wear debris phase morphology were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) Discussed its wear mechanism. The results show that the wear mechanism of MoSi2 varies with load: the main wear mechanism is fatigue wear under low load (30 ~ 5 0N) Wear-based.
