对于“我国当前居民收入分配的基尼系数到底有多大”这个问题,现有相关文献中存在着多种不同的答案。对现有相关文献的梳理表明,导致不同研究人员得出不同基尼系数计算结果的原因是多方面的。由于这些原因的存在,使得我们不应该将我们在相关文献中所看到的任何一个基尼系数值简单地视为是对某个国家或地区特定时期居民收入分配差距实际状况的客观再现,而应该将其视为该基尼系数的计算者在特定话语系统的引导和约束下所完成的一项有关该国或该地区该时期内居民收入分配差距状况的话语建构。
There are many different answers to the existing relevant literature on the issue of “how much the Gini coefficient of current income distribution in our country”. The combing of existing literature shows that there are many reasons leading to different researchers to come up with different Gini coefficients. Because of these reasons, we should not simply consider any one of the Gini coefficient values that we see in the relevant literature as an objective representation of the actual status of the income distribution gap among residents of a country or region at a given time. Instead, It is treated as a discourse constructed by the caller of the Gini coefficient under the guidance and constraint of a particular discourse system about the state of income disparity in the country or region during the period.
