目的研究胰十二指肠切除术中如何合理进行胃肠道的重建。方法胰十二指肠切除术进行胰胃吻合及胰腺空肠吻合术式的优劣进行合理分析。结果与结论对胰十二指肠切除术胃肠道重建所进行的胰胃吻合及胰腺空肠吻合术式在吻合技术、吻合口血运、吻合口张力、吻合口漏发生率等多方面研究,明确了捆绑式胰肠吻合术作为并发症发生最少的吻合方式。外科医师应掌握各种术式,选择适当的吻合方式,最终提高治愈率,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study how to rebuild the gastrointestinal tract in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods Pancreaticoduodenectomy pancreatic jejunostomy and pancreatic anastomosis of the merits of a reasonable analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: Pancreas-stomach anastomosis and pancreatic jejunum anastomosis were performed in various aspects such as anastomosis technique, anastomotic blood flow, anastomotic tension and incidence of anastomotic leakage in gastrointestinal reconstruction of pancreatoduodenectomy. Clear bundled pancreaticojejunostomy as the complication occurred with the least anastomosis. Surgeons should master a variety of surgical procedures, select the appropriate anastomosis, and ultimately improve the cure rate and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
