本文旨在进一步研究和证实空气负离子对呼吸道的作用,我们对50名受检者进行了空气负离子吸入一次(30分钟)后对肺功能,主要是小气道功能的测定,结果_(50)、_(25)、MMF、MTC_2,MTC_3、MTCR、CV、CC、CV/TLC、CV/VC、DN_2、FEV_(1.0)、FEV_(1.0)%均有显著及非常显著改善(P<0.05—0.0001)。提示空气负离子吸入一次30分钟后,中、小气道阻力明显降低,中、末期流速明显增加。空气负离子的这些作用对预防和治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾患(COPD)等很有意义,是一个值得推广的对肺功能有良好影响的物理康复因子。
This article aims to further study and confirm the role of air negative ions on the respiratory tract. We measured the lung function, mainly the airway function after air negative ion inhalation of 50 subjects (30 minutes) (P <0.05-0.0001), MMF, MTC_2, MTC_3, MTCR, CV, CC, CV / TLC, CV / VC, DN_2, FEV_ (1.0) and FEV_ (1.0)% respectively ).
