为了降低ERP应用失败率高的潜在风险,本文根据平衡记分卡(Balance Score Card,BSC)和关键成功因素(CSF)建立了1套ERP应用绩效评价模型,该模型包括“主要模块”和“辅助模块”2个部分。首先,对主要模块采用FAHP法确定ERP应用绩效等级,进而发现ERP的缺陷。然后,针对ERP的缺陷,对辅助模块采用TOPSIS算法确定ERP的Vague集绩效评价,从而采取有效的ERP售后服务方案,促进化工企业ERP应用过程不断完善。
In order to reduce the potential risk of high failure rate of ERP applications, this paper sets up a set of ERP application performance evaluation model based on the Balance Score Card (BSC) and the key success factors (CSFs), which includes “main module ”Auxiliary module " 2 parts. First of all, the main module using FAHP method to determine the level of ERP application performance, and then find the shortcomings of ERP. Then, according to the defect of ERP, TOPSIS algorithm is used to determine the performance evaluation of Vague set of the auxiliary module, so that an effective ERP after-sales service plan can be adopted to promote the continual improvement of the ERP application process of the chemical enterprise.
