目的:建立测定杭栓保心片中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇作溶剂,水浴加热回流提取。LUNAC18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇水(85∶15),流速0.8ml/min,检测波长270nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA与其相邻峰的分离度是2.0;理论板数按丹ⅡA峰计算是43882;丹参酮ⅡA对照品线性范围2.830~45.28μg/ml,r=0.9999;平均回收率99.5%,RSD=2.5%(n=5)。结论:用本法测定抗栓保心片中丹参酮ⅡA含量,操作简便,结果准确
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone IIA in Hangzhou Huaxin Baoxin Tablets. Methods: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used with methanol as the solvent and reflux extraction with water bath. The LUNAC18 column was separated, the mobile phase was methanol-water (85:15), the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. RESULTS: The resolution of tanshinone IIA and its adjacent peaks was 2.0; the number of theoretical plates was 43882 calculated from Dan IIA peak; the linear range of tanshinone IIA control was 2.830 to 45.28 μg/ml, r=0.9999; The recovery was 99.5% with RSD=2.5% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is used to determine the content of tanshinone IIA in Kangshuanbaoxin Tablet. The operation is simple and the result is accurate.
