目前世界上有80多个国家把ISO9000系列标准作为本国的国家标准来实施,各国纷纷建立本国的认证机构,开展质量体系认证工作,世界各主要国家1994和1996年取得认证的件数如表所示.建筑业由干建筑产品、生产方式和经营方式的特殊性,取得认证的速度、数量、水平都低于制造业和服务业.本文介绍世界几个国家和地区建筑业适用ISO 9000标准的普及和认证的基本状况.一、英国1.建筑业ISO 9000系标准的普及状况.英国是ISO 9000系列标准规范的发源地,在英国获得认证的企业非常多.仅就数量而言,约占全世界认证总数的50%左右.据1994年的调查,获得认证的企业有36823家,其中与建设相关的认证包括建材企业、咨询部门、设计事务所等,数量约占10%.
At present, more than 80 countries in the world have implemented the ISO 9000 series of standards as their national standards. Countries have established their own certification bodies to carry out quality system certification.
