工业生产资料价格双轨制是我国当前经济生活中的一个突出问题。党的十三届五中全会1989年11月9日通过的《中共中央关于进一步治理整顿和深化改革的决定》,提出了要逐步解决生产资料价格“双轨制”问题,变“双轨”为“单轨”。这不仅为我国深化价格改革指明了方向,也向我们提出了重大研究课题。本文拟着重就我国工业生产资料价格双轨制如何向单轨制过渡,进行理论分析,并提出若干对策建议。
The dual-track system of industrial production materials prices is a prominent issue in China’s current economic life. The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Harnessing, Rectifying, and Deepening Reforms” passed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the need to gradually solve the problem of the “double track system” of the means of production data and change the “dual track”. “It’s a single track.” This not only pointed out the direction for deepening China’s price reform, but also proposed a major research topic for us. This article intends to focus on the transition from a dual-track system to the monorail system for industrial production materials in China, conduct theoretical analysis, and propose several countermeasures.
