目的调查一起群体性学生食物中毒原因,为控制突发公共卫生事件提供诊断依据。方法依据GB 4789-2010《食品卫生微生物学检验》及《食品卫生微生物检验标准手册》,对采集到的样品进行检测。结果共采集9份病例大便样品、3份呕吐物、18份血样、2份从业人员肛拭样品,1份三明治、2份面包、1份鸡蛋、1份火腿、1份肉松。在9份病人大便及1份三明治中检出肠炎沙门菌。结论本次食物中毒是由肠炎沙门菌污染食物三明治引起;食物中毒检测应选择最容易检出相关结果的样品如病人粪便和剩余食品重点检测。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning among group students and provide the basis for the diagnosis of public health emergencies. Methods According to GB 4789-2010 “Food Hygiene Microbiological Test” and “Food Hygiene Microbial Inspection Standards Manual”, the collected samples were tested. Results A total of 9 cases of stool samples, 3 vomit, 18 blood samples, 2 samples of anal swab, 1 sandwich, 2 breads, 1 egg, 1 ham and 1 flounder were collected. Salmonella enteritidis was detected in 9 patient stools and 1 sandwich. Conclusion The food poisoning is caused by the infection of Salmonella enteritidis contaminated food sandwich; food poisoning detection should be the most easy to detect the relevant results of the sample, such as patient excrement and remaining food key testing.
