目的分析冠心病患者的二维常规超声心动图、实时三维超声心动图、左心腔声学造影及冠状动脉血管造影术的结果,评估左心腔声学造影在冠心病室壁节段运动评估中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院心血管内科48例临床初诊为冠心病患者的二维常规超声心动图、实时三维超声心动图及左心腔声学造影数据,将其分别与冠状动脉血管造影术结果进行对照分析,评估3种方法在室壁节段运动评估中的准确性。结果 48例患者左心腔声学造影对心内膜的显示率为100%,明显高于二维常规超声心动图(90.56%)和实时三维超声心动图(91.05%);同时,其对室壁节段运动诊断的准确率2名医师分别为93.75%、95.83%,较二维常规超声心动图(89.58%,86.80%)和实时三维超声心动图(90.28%,90.97%)具有明显优势。结论左心腔声学造影能明显提高左心室内膜面的显示效果,从而提高对冠心病室壁节段运动的诊断。
Objective To analyze the results of two-dimensional conventional echocardiography, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, left ventricular contrast echocardiography and coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease to evaluate left ventricular acoustic contrast Value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 48 cases of newly diagnosed coronary heart disease in our hospital was performed with two-dimensional conventional echocardiography, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and left ventricular contrast echocardiography, and compared with coronary angiography Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of the three methods in assessing segmental wall motion. Results In 48 patients, the rate of endocardial manifestation was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional conventional echocardiography (90.56%) and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (91.05%). Meanwhile, The accuracy of segmental motor diagnosis was 93.75% and 95.83%, respectively, which was obviously superior to two-dimensional conventional echocardiography (89.58%, 86.80%) and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (90.28%, 90.97%). Conclusion Left ventricular angiography can significantly improve the display of left ventricular endocardial surface, thereby improving the diagnosis of coronary artery wall segment movement.
