课堂氛围是教学活动中学习群体的心理状态,它是一堂课成功与否的重要因素之一。良好的课堂心理氛围能使教学达到最佳效果,更好的培养留守儿童健康人格。营造良好的课堂氛围,需要教师构建和谐的师生关系;尊重个性差异、因材施教;精心组织活动;及时评价、鼓励;用教师良好的心理品质和积极情绪感染留守儿童。
Classroom atmosphere is the mental state of learning groups in teaching activities. It is one of the important factors in the success of a class. A good classroom psychological atmosphere can make teaching achieve the best effect, and better cultivate left-behind children’s healthy personality. To create a good atmosphere in the classroom, teachers need to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students; respect personality differences, teach students in accordance with their aptitudes; carefully organize activities; promptly evaluate and encourage; use teachers’ good psychological quality and positive emotions to infect left-behind children.
