当前,高职院校的管理开始缓步走入到信息化市场变革之中。高职院校毕业学生的就业竞争由传统的“单线竞争”向知识经济时代的“双线竞争”转化。顶岗实习作为高职院校教学模式的重要突破口,原有的就实习而实习,就工作而工作已经无法满足现阶段市场发展的需求,开始在实习教学中由重视人力与物力资源投入发展为重视智能资源投入;由坚持教学业绩导向型理念发展为坚持实用工作型理念。随着社会的进步、生产力的不断提升,企业发展呈现出智能化、自动化、系统化、最优化、大型化等众多特点,要求高职院校的学生能够更好地应用所学技能知识,能够更多地涉猎新兴科学技术,能够更有效地实现从学校到企业的转变。本文将结合高职院校发展形势,对顶岗实习这一教学模式进行分析,突出过程管理的优化和整合,真正实现学以致用。
