随着我国多层次证券市场的快速发展,金融改革与创新的持续深化;对投资与理财专业人才的应用技能提出新的更高要求,作为专业核心的证券投资类课程,其传统的课堂教学模式,无法适应高职多种生源结构的现状和金融企业对应用技能人才的需要,迫切需要进行分层教学等的课堂教学创新,以证券投资职业岗位需求为依据,建立分层教学标准;以项目为载体实施分层教学,差异化考核;体现以生为本,应岗施教、应材施教的教学理念,实现证券投资应用技能型“拔尖人才”的培养。
