目的:比较常规心电图、动态心电散点图在窦性心律不齐及房早检出率中的差异。方法:选择2016年3月~2019年3月在如皋市人民医院治疗的疑似房早患者94例,同期在本院治疗的疑似窦性心律不齐患者98例。两组患者均接受常规心电图和动态心电散点图检测。记录窦性心律不齐、房早的实际患病人数,对比常规心电图与动态心电散点图对房早、窦性心律不齐检测的灵敏度、特异度和准确率。结果:常规心电图检测房早准确率为81.91%,特异度为77.78%,灵敏度为82.89%。动态心电散点图检测房早准确率为94.68%,特异度为88.
