玻璃—环氧圆柱壳 (管 )的撞击试验表明它的破坏是渐进过程。在低加载速率范围假定圆柱壳与均质圆柱杆具有相同的轴向破坏过程基础上 ,通过建立它们之间的刚度等效关系 ,复合材料圆柱壳的破坏问题简化为一维碰撞问题。根据一维应力波传播的理论 ,提出了圆柱壳受轴向撞击破坏的简化模型 ,分析了这一破坏过程中的能量变化。结果表明本文所提模型能较好地描述圆柱壳受轴向撞击渐进破坏。
Impact tests on a glass-epoxy cylinder (tube) indicate that its failure is a gradual process. Based on the assumption that the cylindrical shell has the same axial failure process as the homogeneous cylindrical rod in the low loading rate range, the failure problem of the composite cylindrical shell is reduced to one-dimensional collision problem by establishing the equivalent stiffness relationship between them. According to the theory of one-dimensional stress wave propagation, a simplified model of cylindrical shell damaged by axial impact is proposed, and the energy variation in this failure process is analyzed. The results show that the model proposed in this paper can better describe the gradual destruction of cylindrical shell by axial impact.
