目的:对应用彩色超声技术对胎儿神经系统畸形实施产前诊断的临床价值进行研究。方法:选择我院和院外引产确定为胎儿神经系统畸形的产妇病历34例,在产前首先采用普通B超技术对其进行检查,定义为对照组,然后再采用彩色超声技术对其进行产前检查,定义为研究组。对比两组胎儿神经系统畸形的产前诊断结果与引产和分娩后的证实结果符合率、胎儿神经系统畸形产前诊断的漏诊率和误诊率。结果:研究组研究对象胎儿神经系统畸形产前诊断的漏诊率和误诊率明显低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);胎儿神经系统畸形的产前诊断结果与引产和分娩后的证实结果符合率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用彩色超声技术对胎儿神经系统畸形实施产前诊断具有较高的临床价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical value of using color sonography in prenatal diagnosis of fetal neurological malformations. Methods: 34 cases of maternal medical records identified as fetal neurological malformations were selected from our hospital and outpatient hospital.
