一 前言在农業机械設計中,农業机械結構(包括各种农業机械的机架和輻条式机輪)計算工作还沒有广泛地进行。毫无疑問,結構計算(即使是最簡單的結構)要比个別零件的强度計算复杂得多。然而,进行这些結構計算,对于降低农業机械重量、节約金屬、合理使用材料,具有非常重要的意义。因为这些部分(特別是机架)耗用了制造农業机械的金屬达(30—50%),而所耗用的金屬又都是制造农業机械較貴重的金屬。
I. INTRODUCTION In the field of agricultural machinery design, the calculation of the structure of agricultural machinery (including the racks and spoke wheels of various types of agricultural machinery) has not yet been carried out extensively. Undoubtedly, structural calculations (even the simplest ones) are far more complex than those of individual parts. However, carrying out these structural calculations is of great importance for reducing the weight of agricultural machinery, saving metals and using materials reasonably. Because these parts (especially racks) consume up to 30-50% of the metal used to make agricultural machinery, the metal they consume, in turn, is the more expensive metal for agricultural machinery.
