目的 :在动物实验的基础上 ,牙种植临床应用膜引导组织再生技术 ,观察促进部分缺失牙槽骨再生的临床效果。方法 :选择拔牙区颊侧骨板缺损和失牙区颊侧骨板萎缩吸收的患者作为研究对象 ,在行种植体植入的同时运用胶原膜覆盖颊侧种植体暴露面和骨面 ,观察种植体周骨组织再生情况及种植体的稳固性。结果 :一年的放射学和临床观察 ,表明种植体周骨组织有不同程度的再生 ,大多数种植体稳固。结论 :膜引导组织再生技术可用于治疗牙槽骨板缺损和部分萎缩的病例 ,协助牙种植的治疗。
OBJECTIVE: On the basis of animal experiments, the clinical application of membrane-guided tissue regeneration in dental implants was observed and the clinical effect of promoting partial alveolar bone regeneration was observed. Methods: The patients with buccal bone defect in tooth extraction area and atrophy of buccal bone plate in lost tooth area were selected as the research object. The exposed surface and the bone surface of the buccal implant were covered with collagen membrane while the implants were implanted. Peripheral bone tissue regeneration and implant stability. Results: One year's radiology and clinical observation showed that the periarterial bone tissue had different degree of regeneration, and most of the implants were stable. Conclusion: Membrane-guided tissue regeneration can be used to treat the cases of alveolar bone defect and partial atrophy, and assist in the treatment of dental implants.
