目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)隐匿性心肌缺血(SMI)患者动态血糖波动的特点及临床意义。方法:85例老年受试者分为T2DM SMI组(35例)、单纯T2DM无SMI组(NSMI组,35例)和正常对照组(NC组,15例)3组,行72 h动态血糖监测,并对监测结果进行对比分析。结果:SMI组日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)和血糖波动系数(BGFC)均明显高于NSMI组(P<0.05),夜间无症状低血糖发生率也明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:异常的血糖波动可能参与了老年T2DM患者SMI的发生与发展。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of ambulatory blood glucose fluctuation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) occult myocardial ischemia (SMI). Methods: Eighty elderly subjects were divided into 3 groups: T2DM SMI group (35 cases), T2DM group without SMI group (NSMI group, 35 cases) and normal control group (NC group, 15 cases) , And comparative analysis of monitoring results. Results: Mean intramural blood glucose fluctuation (MAGE) and blood glucose fluctuation coefficient (BGFC) in SMI group were significantly higher than those in NSMI group (P <0.05), and the incidence of asymptomatic hypoglycemia was also significantly increased at night (P <0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal blood glucose fluctuations may be involved in the occurrence and development of SMI in elderly patients with T2DM.
