慢肾口服液由黄芪等11味中药制成,是供治疗慢性肾炎的口服液体制剂。为保持中药汤剂的特点,本文用正交设计法筛选了煎煮法的最佳工艺条件,并根据组方中药材性质提出了合理的制备方法,从而保证了制剂质量。
The slow kidney oral liquid is made of 11 Chinese herbs such as Astragalus membranaceus and is an oral liquid preparation for the treatment of chronic nephritis. In order to maintain the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction, the orthogonal design method was used to screen out the best decoction process conditions, and a reasonable preparation method was proposed according to the nature of the traditional Chinese medicine ingredients, thus ensuring the quality of the preparation.
