基于TRIZ理论,采用因果分析、技术矛盾分析等方法,设计了一种具有蓄能功能的新型软围岩巷道让压锚杆;构建其力学模型,得出载荷与让压位移量之间的等式;采用ADAMS仿真软件对让压运动过程模拟实验。结果表明:新型让压锚杆能实现让压和保压功能;且让压范围和让压运动轨迹可控;设计方案是可行、可靠的。
Based on the theory of TRIZ, a new type of soft surrounding rock roadway with energy storage function was designed by means of causal analysis and technical contradiction analysis to make the bolt. The mechanical model was constructed and the relationship between load and allowable displacement was obtained Using ADAMS simulation software to let the pressure movement process simulation. The results show that the new type of pressure-relief bolt can achieve the functions of pressure-relief and pressure-holding, and the control of the pressure range and the pressure-controlled trajectory. The design scheme is feasible and reliable.
