如何让隐性能力的教育过程显性化、生动化,一直是职业素养教育的难点之一。东莞理工学校职业素养研究传播中心与企业共同研发的职业素养沙盘,依据职业素养能力与企业经营能力双指标,对学生在企业模拟运营活动中的主要行为进行数据采集与分析,并以雷达图、杜邦分析图等形式呈现,为学生构建模拟运营环境,提供职业素养学习的实训平台,帮助学生充分体验职业素养能力在企业生产运营活动中的存在状态与重要意义。职业素养沙盘,具备实训功能、评价功能、启蒙功能等,为职校职业素养教育的显性化、生动化及可视化提供了新路径。
