为了使气象预报更好地服务于公众,以气象科学为主导的二十多个生活气象服务指数,包括着装指数、晨练指数、风寒指数、阳光指数(紫外线强度)、舒适度、啤酒指数、饲料指数等等,陆续开始在大众媒体上公布。充分理解这些指数的内涵,并按其行事,对提高人们的生活质量、促进身体健康、提高工作效率有着十分重要的意义。
