中国金属学会理化检验学术委员会物理性能学术组于1981年10月13日～18日在河北省秦皇岛市召开了第一次学术会议.14名学术小组成员和50个单位的74名从事金属材料物理性能工作的科技人员出席了会议,共提出了54篇研究报告.上海交通大学徐祖耀教授应邀作了“特殊钢热处理过程中合金元素的作用”的报告.与会代表回顾了1975年7月物理性能学术组成
