目的:总结分析恶性胸腔积液目前的治疗方法。方法:回顾61例恶性胸腔积液的治疗,并结合文献总结分析治疗方案及治疗结果。结论胸腔穿刺或胸腔闭式引流+胸内注药是目前治疗最有效的治疗手段之一。
