研究了异硫氰酸异鲁米诺的电致化学发光性质及其反应机理。在KOH-KCl-H2O2(pH11.8)介质中,施加三角波脉冲电压使异硫氰酸异鲁米诺产生较强的电致化学发光,其浓度在2.5×10-11~1.0 × 10-7mol/L范围与发光强度成线性关系,检测限为6.2×10-12mol/L.重复10次测定5.0×10-9mol/L异硫氰酸异鲁米诺溶液,相对标准偏差为3.0%。方法用于测定Anti-AFP,取得满意结果。
The electrochemical luminescence properties of isomethandi isothiocyanate and its reaction mechanism were studied. In the KOH-KCl-H2O2 (pH11.8) medium, the application of triangular wave pulse voltage to isothiocyanate isoluminol produced strong electrochemiluminescence, the concentration of 2.5 × 10-11 ~ 1.0 × 10-7mol / L range and luminous intensity of a linear relationship, the detection limit of 6.2 × 10-12mol / L. The determination of 5.0 × 10 -9 mol / L isoluminisothiocyanate solution was repeated 10 times with the relative standard deviation of 3.0%. Method for the determination of Anti-AFP, to obtain satisfactory results.
