目的对6个丹参品系的主要农艺性状、产量及药效成分含量进行比较,为不同用途的丹参育种提供一定的依据。方法对6个丹参品系的地上部株型、叶型、分枝特点、花型、花量、产量等农艺性状进行调查和测量,采用HPLC法测定其根中的药用成分含量,并分析了各性状间相关关系;结果 6个品系间植株形态、产量及品质均存在显著差异。结果经过综合分析,筛选出高脂溶性成分的优质品系白花18号、高丹酚酸B含量的优质品系紫花23号,以及高产丹参品系紫花74号。结论 3个丹参优良品系的筛选为山东丹参产区的新品种培育奠定了重要基础。
Objective To compare the main agronomic traits, the yield and the content of the active ingredients of six Salvia miltiorrhiza varieties, and provide some evidences for the different uses of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods The agronomic traits of six plant cultivars including Salvia miltiorrhiza were investigated and measured in terms of plant type, leaf shape, branch characteristics, flower pattern, flower yield and yield. The content of the medicinal ingredients in roots of six Salvia miltiorrhiza varieties was determined and analyzed The correlation between the traits; Results The plant morphology, yield and quality of the six strains were significantly different. Results Through the comprehensive analysis, the high quality strains of high fat-soluble components, Baihua 18, the high-quality strain Zahua 23 with the content of high-salvianolic acid B, and the high-yielding Salvia miltiorrhiza strain Zaohua 74 were screened out. Conclusion The screening of three excellent Salvia miltiorrhiza strains laid an important foundation for the cultivation of new varieties in the Salvia miltiorrhiza production area in Shandong province.
