三峡二期工程混凝土施工按季节、部位(浇筑区)、结构部位等的不同,对拌和系统出料口温度的要求不同。其温度控制要求严,各级骨料降温幅度大,因此采用了最先进的二次风冷骨料与加片冰及加冷水拌和生产工艺。通过对温控生产要素的不断优化管理,以及混凝土温控技术的不断提高,不仅很好地满足了混凝土生产的质量与进度要求,同时也较好地处理了生产成本与进度的关系,最大程度地发挥了混凝土拌和系统的生产能力。
