目的:介绍氯锌油软膏的制备及其治疗湿疹和脓疱疮的疗效。方法:按软膏配制法制备氯锌油软膏并建立质量标准。治疗湿疹采用氯锌油软膏(治疗组,95例),氧化锌软膏(对照组,93例),观察两组的疗效;治疗脓疱疮采用氯锌油软膏(治疗组,17例),莫匹罗星软膏(对照组,17例),观察两组的疗效。结果:湿疹病例,治疗组有效率为99.0％,痊愈时间比对照组短(P<0.01),痊愈率比对照组高(P<0.05);脓疱疮病例,两组的有效率均为100％,两组间局部病变痊愈时间、痊愈率均无差别(P>0.05)。结论:氯锌油软膏治疗湿疹的效果优于氧化锌软膏,且能治疗脓疱疮。
Objective: To introduce the preparation of chlorine zinc oil ointment and its curative effect on eczema and impetigo. Methods: According to ointment preparation chlorine zinc oil ointment and establish quality standards. The treatment of eczema with chlorine zinc oil ointment (treatment group, 95 cases), zinc oxide ointment (control group, 93 cases), the efficacy of the two groups were observed; treatment of impetigo with chlorine zinc oil ointment (treatment group, 17 cases) Pirocin ointment (control group, 17 cases), the efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results: In the eczema cases, the effective rate of the treatment group was 99.0%, the recovery time was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the cure rate was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); in impetigo cases, the effective rates of both groups were 100 %, Between the two groups of local lesions recovery time, the cure rate was no difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of eczema with ointment of zinc-zinc ointment is superior to that of zinc oxide ointment and can treat impetigo.
