采用有限元计算方法对白口铸铁焊补应力场进行了分析,计算结果表明:在常规焊补规范及工艺下,热影响区存在超过母材抗拉强度的双轴拉伸残余应力区;采用合适的焊补规范配合特殊的焊补工艺,可以有效地降低焊接应力,减小和避免焊补裂纹的产生.
Finite element method is used to analyze the welding compensation stress field of the white cast iron. The calculation results show that there are biaxial tensile residual stress areas in the heat affected zone which exceed the tensile strength of the base metal under the conventional welding standard and technology. The welding repair specification with a special welding repair process, can effectively reduce the welding stress, reduce and avoid welding crack generation.
