目的:了解湟中县2013年5月—2014年8月餐饮行业餐饮具卫生状况。方法:采用大肠菌群纸片检测试剂盒检测餐饮具大肠菌群758份。结果:我县餐饮具抽检的合格数为639份,合格率为84.3%。结论:加大监督力度,加强从业人员培训,完善卫生监管措施,保障广大群众饮食卫生。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the hygienic status of dining tableware in Langzhong County from May 2013 to August 2014. Methods: Coliform bacteria test kit was used to detect coliforms in tableware 758. Results: The sampling number of catering tableware in our county was 639, with a pass rate of 84.3%. Conclusion: To increase supervision, strengthen training for practitioners, improve health supervision and control measures to ensure the general population’s diet and hygiene.
