本文首先介绍了激励机制的内在涵义和在煤炭企业人事管理工作中应用激励机制的必要性和重要性,继而阐述了煤炭企业激励机制中存在的一般性问题。最后,针对这些问题,笔者提出了几点解决意见,以期推动相关企业的人事管理效率。
This paper first introduces the inherent meaning of incentive mechanism and the necessity and importance of applying incentive mechanism in the personnel management work of coal enterprises, then elaborates the general problems existing in the incentive mechanism of coal enterprises. Finally, in response to these problems, I put forward a few suggestions to solve the problem, with a view to promoting the efficiency of personnel management in related enterprises.
