①目的探讨跟痛症(PHS)的放射性核素骨显像特点和临床意义。②方法对26例PHS病人(30病足跟)进行了放射性核素骨显像检查。③结果有23病足跟疼痛部位显示明显的放射性浓聚,其阳性率为76.7%.将该法结果与X线摄影检查结果进行比较,差异有极显著性(χ2=15.51,P<0.005)。④结论放射性核素骨显像诊断PHS有较高的灵敏性、准确性和特异性,是一种简便而有价值的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of radionuclide bone imaging of heel pain (PHS). ② Methods 26 cases of PHS patients (30 heel disease) radionuclide bone imaging examination. (3) The results showed that 23 disease heel and pain site showed obvious radioactive concentration, the positive rate was 76.7%. The results of the method and the X-ray examination results were compared, the difference was significant (χ2 = 15.51, P <0.005). ④ Conclusion Radionuclide bone imaging PHS diagnosis has a higher sensitivity, accuracy and specificity, is a simple and valuable method of inspection.
